Phone issues?

Anyone else having trouble getting through by phone this morning? I made my reservation online (that took a few tries also) earlier and have been trying to call for the last hour to put requests on and note birthday celebration, but I keep getting a ring and "call cannot be completed at this time" message. I know it's not my phone or carrier as I made a call to the cable company just to check (knowing it goes to the automated system at first).

Is it likely just overloaded with the day and the discounts that came out?
