Phone Interview?

Hey everyone

I recently applied for CRP (Cultural rep programme) over in disney world , epcot.

After a year and half of being rejected i finally got myself a phone interview for wed morning. im really nervous and kinda wondered if anyone who did ICP or anyone in general who may be able to help had any helpful tips pf how to handle the interview?

I had my phone interview for the CP saturday so I'm not an expert at this, but I was told the most important thing was to smile and not stress about it. I tried to think of all the possible questions they could ask me and practiced answering them. That helped me be more relaxed during the interview.
I don't know how different the questions are for international but they asked me why I was interested in the CP? Some questions about what I currently did at my job? If I had experience with handling cash? and When was a time I made a guest feel welcome?

Some others I heard they ask are, how do you respond in an emergency, give an example, and explain a time you gave or recieved excellent customer services?

I had to think so hard of a good example of that and then I finally thought of an example from Disneyland that was perfect! It was my favorite answer and I was so excited to tell the interviewer....and then she never asked me lol I was quite disappointed.
