We are arriving next Saturday (9/22) morning. How soon should the resort have our reservation? I want to call them to make sure it is noted that we are celebrating both of our girls birthdays and that it is my youngest daughter's first trip.

I took my mother to WDW for her birthday and it was noted on the reservation. They had a beautiful Disney gift basket for her when we arrived to check in. And one I was there on my birthday and when arriving back in my room after a day in the park I had several birthday balloons and a birthday card signed by all the characters. - both times I was staying at the CBR - so you never know-----

Mmmm...you must go to a different Disney than I did. We went our first time Aug 05 to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We got a card, balloons and pic signed by Mickey and Minnie. I had told the ressie folks when i made ressies we were celebrating our 10th. I was not a disboard person, was just chatting with her. So, it was all a cool surprise for us.

Now this year I did tell them at BWV we are celebrating Hubby's bday our first arrival day , don't know if they or the restaurant will do anything, but one can hope , as it will be a surprise for hubby.
