Am I missing something? I cannot seem to contact DVC. It is continually busy on the phone and the one time I breathe through it says 40 minute wait time. Is there some magic time for magic number I should make such a call?

Nope. Just very busy with the new ticket offer, Aulani free night, people having website issues, etc.
