Phone CM didn't instill confidence

I called the reservation line yesterday to add HDDR using the dinning plan. The woman I got on the line did not leave me feeling confident that all would be well. First she tried booking us in Catergory 1 and pretty much had the whole thing done and was reviewing it with me when I caught the mistake and asked. (you can only use dinning plan with Catergory 2 or 3) Her response was "oh yes your right let me just cancel that and start again"
Ok not a big deal I caught it but I shouldn't have to catch it.

Next we have 5 adults one child (4) and one infant. For HDDR you pay for adults and children but infants are free. She kept saying 5 adults and 2 children. I asked her a couple of times to make sure it was 5 Adults 1 child and 1 infant. I could tell she was getting frustrated with me and she kept saying. "yes thats what it is but the computer makes it into 5 adults and 2 children" I really don't want to get there and find out I am being charged for my infant.

Has anyone else had similar expierences?

This was my last ADR to made for our trip and I am glad its done but I'm not sure I would call again. I called because I wanted to make sure I didn't screw anything up but now I'm worried that they screwed it up instead.
Oh well I will find out in October!

Just call back to confirm. They might have to put the infant as a child to have enough room at the table

This is why I feel that GOOD TAs are worth their weight in Gold, I never had a single problem with any ADR made by our TA, in fact she has many times found ways to get reservations when other people couldn't.

I called to see the situation about infants and was told that every "body" counts in reservations regardless of who is ordering. It has to do with fire code and having a big enough table, is what the rep said. Not what you will be charged.

I always had to make my reservations include the infant. OUrs always show up as 2 adults 1 child and then they put the age.
