phone cards for cast member

Are phone cards still a good idea for CM?
Along with tip would like to give something extra to special CM.
Some CM are not part of the tipping/gratuity guidelines. What are other ideas to reward special CM.

I have heard that they also love getting target/walmart cards as there are stores near the port for them to shop. I am sure they love the fone cards also but maybe get burnt out on them somewhat.

Any CMs that are allowed to accept cash I would just give them extra cash...that is good everywhere. CMs that can not accept cash - (counselor's and guest services) I would give them phone cards or walmart cards. I have heard there is a walmart that CMs go there when in port.
