Phone call from Disney character?

Please help! I know not too long ago there was information somewhere on these boards about how to purchase a personalized phone call from a Disney character. You picked the character, date, time, and occasion for the phone call, and I think the charge was around $2. I've searched the boards and the Disney website, and darned if I can find the info! Can anyone help? TIA!
