phone always rings busy!

Does anyone else have this problem? Every time I call members services....it's busy! Are they that overrun with calls? I have been trying to call since 9:30 this morning and it's still busy at 11:48

I just called got the instant busy. I decided to call the 407 number 9 min wait. I hung up. Long distance for being on hold. No thanks.

It's 11 months out from Christmas week. Anyone doing a day-by-day ressie for the Holiday week is on the phone. I'm not surprised the phone lines are busy.

How does that work ??? do they make you check out and recheck in everyday???

I called at 9:00AM this morning to finish up my August reservation and got right through. Since MS was closed on Monday, I'm sure they were going to be extra busy today.

I did the same thing. I called the 800 number and it was busy so I called long distance from my cell phone. It was a 10 minute wait.

No, they extend the reservation by one day each time the member calls, so it winds up as a single reservation.

Another reason they are so busy today is because they were closed for the holiday yesterday.

Thank you.....I didnt even realize you could do this...I guess I should have tried this for the reservation I made just awhile back ...perhaps this would have save us from having to check out of a savanna view to move to concierge half way through...oh well...thanks now we know for next time!

I forgot a couple of days of a studio and they had availability. We're also making a ressie for our daughter and the MS rep told DW that she could probably wait until the 24th to make it all at once. Hmm...

A trick I have been doing is to dial both numbers on my cell before 9. Then when it is 9 I just redial. On Friday I got through in 5 minutes, today I got through right away. I am doing at 9 before my work day kicks off.

I tried in the late afternoon a few times and got a busy signal! All I want to do is cancel a couple nights and pay my dues(I have some Disney rewards). I guess I have until Feb 15th to get a connection!

I just booked a boardwalk view at BWV for Dec 18-23rd and no problem getting through each day. I called day by day skipping sunday and MLK day right at 9am and was on hold no longer than 2-3 mins.
