We just got back last week from our vacation. We drove from Phoenix to Sedona then up to the Grand Canyon. Sedona is breathtaking! We stayed at the Best Western Arroyo Roble hotel in uptown Sedona. It was a wonderful hotel with the most comfortable beds! We had a spectacular view of the red rocks from our balcony. The hotel was walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Great location. Sedona is probably only about a 2 hour drive from Phoenix so you wouldn't even have to spend the night there if you didn't want to, but we thought it was definitely worth spending the night there. We took the pink jeep tour where they take you off road....believe me it was rough, but georgeous views. Have a great time and don't miss Sedona!
