John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman, Jack McBrayer and Jane Lynch are reprising their role as Wreck-It Ralph, Vanellope von Schweetz, Fix-It Felix and Sargent Calhoun. as well as, Mindy Kaling, Jamie Elman, Josie Trinidad, Katie Lowes and Rich Moore are reprise the role of Taffyta Muttonfudge, Rancis Fluggerbutter, Jubileena Bing-Bing, Candlehead and Sour Bill.
Walt Disney Animation Studios will make the CGI segment (Wreck-It Ralph), while Disney Television Animation make the traditional-animated segment (Phineas and Ferb). This would be the first Walt Disney Animation Studios non-Christmas special, and the first Phineas and Ferb crossover with Disney's non-acquired characters.
In this Special Crossover episode, Some CGI characters (in that case; Ralph, Vanellope, Felix and Calhoun) in Wreck-It Ralph world will become into Traditional-animated characters when their in Phineas and Ferb world and Viceversa (when Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Perry end up in Sugar Rush) a la Jimmy Timmy Power Hour.
Plot: As Dr. Doofenshmirtz wants to transport his brother with his latest Inator. as Perry stops him, His Inator accidentally transport Ralph, Felix, Vanellope and Calhoun from Game Central Station to Danville. It's up to Phineas and Ferb to bring them back to their home, but thing have gone wrong as Cy-Bugs have taken over Danville. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Perry the Platypus are transported to Sugar Rush and they start racing to victory.

This sounds just a little bit far-fetched to me. I mean, I can't be the only one. It seems like the only thing that they can do anymore to excite kids is to make cross-over events 
. I admit it sounds interesting, but the only cross-over that I will ever love is "That's so Suite Life of Hannah Montana". Classic.
