Philly Flyers -Parking Question

We park at the one up near the airport proper- I think the second location is new. I last flew 2 months ago and it wasn’t available then.

Winner is closed for good also?
I wasn’t a fan of leaving my keys with someone and having people be able to see my registration and know that no one is home there.
My good friend really loved them though.

Winner's website states they will reopen, but nothing yet. I think they are feeling the effects of the employment shortage.
