Philly Airport Shopping Mall Question

Hi,
Haven't flown out of Philly. in years, and we're spending the night before flying at the Airport Marriott.
We're thinking of browsing around the airport's shopping area (mall) and have dinner, etc., but is that area accessible to everyone? Or is it in the "ticketed passengers only" area?

I was there Sunday. You need to have a boarding pass in hand, the Mall is beyond the security checkpoint.
