Well, it's a little after 2AM Saturday morning. Impossible to think that it's been a whole week since I was tossing and turning, just about to really start to sleep prior to the 3AM wake-up call.
Sara - Enjoy your last little bit before entering the real world again. And yes, I think you're right about Jodi being all talk.
Jodi - A paramedic huh? You sure it wasn't just a cover for your skid row organ harvesting? I'm glad your current gig is a "stress-less" one. I'd imagine working with family could be quite the opposite at times.
Ahhh, Cleveland in the spring... First off, what do you care if the place is a hole? You run D.C. and don't see some the most famous scenery in the world. Second, it meets your most important criteria: a real quick ride from the finish to the airport.
BTW, nothing says "love" like being compared to a WWII German soldier. That Bruce is one smooth fella.
Stephanie - Come for the wedding. Stay for the week!

Maybe the Tribe is in town that week. Catch a few games.
Colleen - I didn't miss your Dirty Banana comment to
Cindy. I'm just waiting for the right moment.
Hello All!
I've been back physically for three days; now I'm back mentally.
SilverSteve - Welcome back! Did they loose your mental at the airport?
The kids and the grands survived quite well, minus one small incident where DD4 thought it to be a good idea to squirt half the toothpaste tube into the sink

.
Lou - I hope you are kicking the flu bug. Feel better soon.
SteveOH - Going Goofy, I see! Between the Flying Pig, Cleveland, THE BABY!!!, Philly, and Goofy you're up for a busy year!
How 'bout this. You come on over for the National Marathon in March, and I'll back you up in the delivery room in August. That way we can spend the entire year together!
Speaking of
SteveOH going Goofy; I know it's way too early but I saw that Goofy '09 is 65% full already. Any thoughts of what everybody is going to do next Jan? I know I've heard
Colleen and
Sara say they are skipping Disney. Does that still hold true for you two? How about everybody else?
I was really hoping for a few weeks to forget about it first (kind of like the 6 week rule for getting back in the saddle after childbirth

) but it looks like a bunch of fools are going to push me into a hasty decision (much like the reason why the above 6 week rule isn't the 6 month rule, we DH's being the hasty bunch of fools in that case).
I ran 4 miles on the TM Friday evening. Everything feels just peachy.
It is now 3:30AM (slow typer!). A week ago we were catching the bus with
SilverSteve. Where did the week go?
