Lou~ I love your new avatar. So totally not true though.

I thought I saw Botman in the robe out on the course in Philly. He had stopped in Manayunk for some beer and a brownie. I passed him, then he passed me later on. Those short chubby legs were really moving later on in the race.

Dave: nice review of the DVC show on this week's DIS-- is there a schedule for where the show is touring?

Thanks Jen, I had a lot of fun doing the review, and it was a fun way to spend the day with my girls. I asked the CMs where they were going next, and they said they didn't know. The Rochester show was the first one, and they were going to go back to Florida, assess how it went, and then decide what they were doing next. If it comes near you, I would go. It was a really fun day, and low pressure on the sales front.

Some artists work with water colors, pencils, or chalk...my canvas is Photoshop. Nicole was working last night and I was bored.

Hi Everyone: I got in 8 miles yesterday. Whew, I'm glad I ran yesterday because winter swept in today. It was cold but sunny and no wind yesterday. Today is windy and snowy. I'm fine staying inside. Good luck to those running today.

I am sure he'll be here to report in later, but Howard went running this morning when it was so cold that my sweet Cali did NOT want to chase bunnies and squirrels in our yard and I nearly froze to death at the gas pump. Unbelievably cold and windy and THIS is the day Howard decided to get out for 10. Someone please talk some sense into him!

Did anyone else notice that Dave's hand on the Bot's shoulder looks a bit, shall we say "familiar"? Not to start nasty rumors, but are we sure that the whole Pep Boy's story is ligit? I'm looking at this picture thinking Dave may have been spinning tales for one more Bot bumpin' night at the Embassy Suites!

Hi guys! As Cam aluded to earlier today, I managed to get outside for a little jaunt. It was freaky cold (high 20's) with a mean and stiff wind. I am sure the windchills were in the teens. I layered up pretty well and managed to stay super hot under the multiple layers. Of course, I hope that the ladies would all agree on that one! Bada Bing! I'll be here all week folks!

I managed 10 miles at an overall pace of 10:15. Most of my miles averaged around 9:30/9:45, but the last few skewed the average pace up a bit. I ran with the PF pretty much in check. I stretched it out well several times during the run. Right now it is hurting some, but nothing terrible or too hard to handle.

I think I have decided to follow Cindy's plan that she sent me. It called for 10 miles today. Of course, she bagged it and I bagged everything on it prior to today.

As far as voting Cindy off the team, I think we owe her the opportunity to make it up to us.



How about those AMAZING Pittsburgh Steelers? They don't win pretty, but they find a way to win. 10-3 isn't too shabby.
