Phase closure info?

Hi, I will be at the parks the week before Easter and wondering how I can find out if there is a closure of a park. Is there somewhere on the MDE app that will indicate if a park is closed to incoming guests? I have read that a closure is most likely to happen at MK. Is this true? My plan right now is an early ADR at BOG and then stay in MK all day because I don't want to risk leaving and not being able to get back in but that will be a very long day. A rest back at the condo or a long off site lunch sounds like a great idea. If I do leave and they do a phase closure does that apply for the rest of the day or will they reevaluate and lift the closure later in the day?

There won't be a closure the week before easter, the only time it seems to hit those levels is between christmas and new years

Touring Plans listed a phase 3 closure March 25-28 in 2013 so it appears to be a real possibility.
This is our first time not staying on site so I really want to be prepared for everything.

Yeah, but I think that was at the height of the new fantasyland stuff. It's possible but not super likely. Anyway, they never just close up for the rest of the day. A phased closure works kind of like one in-one out at a bar. As people leave they will let some people in. I think it's more in larger groups than a bar, but it's a similar concept.

Another idea is to have a plan for both scenarios and ask cast members when you get there if they are expecting any phased closures do to capacity. One of the benefits of FP plus is better ability for Disney to see the expected crowd levels and to staff and prepare cm's appropriately.

I remember seeing a few days of closures on the news last year around Easter. But is was only MK and phase 1 or 2. If you have an ADR you will be fine. They do lift the closure if the park thins out.
