The store I went to was in Holland, MI. The girls there said that their store had always been profitable and didn't understand why it was closing, except that they all were.
I too am bummed because I am working on my third set of dishes.
You can go to their website and sign up for a catalog. They do stop sending it eventually if you don't order.
I guess I will have to be more careful when emptying the dishwasher.
You can always try Replacements Limited. They have a website, that's how I've been adding to my china and silverware over the years. They carry everything, even my MIL's pattern from 1960. She doesn't even use it anymore and I had never seen it. She showed it to me and how a couple of key pieces were broken. When I showed up on Christmas with those exact pieces brand new...I was a HIT!
Mine is winterberry, I was looking for a lot of the extra pieces and salad plates. going to one of the stores was always a highlight of my trip to New Hampshsire.

I have Winterberry as well. I don't think the pattern is discontinued. Why not try dept stores like Kohls or Boston Store. I have always been able to add pieces that way.
I have Winterberry- I actually said, "No more!" As storage is becoming an issue. My main dishes are ArborVine which was discontinued years ago but oh well. I had just started with a few pieces of Plymouth. I liked picking up pieces for cheap. However, I think DH was searching for a 12 step program for dishes. I also have a few others, not just Pfaltzgraff.
I have bought a bunch of Winterberry patterned pieces off Amazon. They usually have some GREAT deals. I use them as xmas gifts. I have bought various Winterberry platters add some homemade cookies and wrap them up cute and it's a easy and low cost gift.
1) My wife and her girlfriend have "P", as we call it.
2) I have also looked for 12-step program.
3) It seems like "P" is more addictive than booze, cigs, or meth.
4) All I could find was the 17-step program. (1-5 steps are electroshock).

do you have daughters? It seems to be an affliction that runs in family's usually skipping over the male offspring. The women in my family all have it.
My mom and I both have the Ocean Breeze pattern (I got mine first), AND we have the same flatware. I told her I want her stuff when mom & dad croak. (nicely, of course)
She has a set of 10-12 of all plates/bowls/etc., and flatware for 20! I'd be set for a party...
I found my pattern still exists, so I could get it online.
I've had my Juniper pattern for years and it shows. We use it for everyday and I think every dish is chipped. It takes real abuse getting in and out of the dishwasher. I've tried bidding on Ebay but it's getting more difficult each time. Hate to buy new dishes as I've invested alot of $$ in all the serving pieces. I also have the Heritage which I use for holidays. (never had fancy china) and it always looks wonderful on the table. Can understand closing the stores as the one near me was always busy and customers always walked out with purchases. Not just a store for browsing if YKWIM.
I used the website at Pfalzgraff to get some replacments for my Yorktowne set. The newer stuff was thinner and smaller than my old stuff (I got it about 37 years ago and it was heavy pottery/crockery). I won't get any more without seeing it first.
