You know what I just realized??? I have been waiting for my purple folder for 24 days!!! And I have to wait for another....at least........16 days?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Where has the time gone??? But I would like to thank each and every one of you on DISboards for making my wait an easy one.......keep being yourselves!

hey everyone! i get super pumped everytime i read these posts i had my interview last wensday and it went ok...like some others that i have read my interview was only about 15 minutes and the interviewer just asked me questions about the roles i chose(i chose lifeguard recreation transportation and attractions) and not much in the way of small talk or convo. Anyway i was just wondering if any one knows anything about lifeguarding since ive been an ocean lifeguard for 5 years now and love it, cause the only roles ive read about anyone getting is attraction merch and qsfb for the most part. I really hope my experience in lifeguarding and emergency situation and love for disney of course get me into the program cause i feel my interview could of gone much better

I just had my interview! I think it went well but I have to wait 2-3 weeks to find out

I interviewed on a Wednesday, and was accepted the following Friday, so you never know when you'll get it!

Keep that optimism up people!

Even though I got accepted I haven't gotten my purple folder? Does that mean I can still be apart of PFA? lol!

Called. They said they mailed it Monday, I should be getting it at the latest sometime midweek next week. The lady was very polite about it, and so was I, so that made me feel a little better about it ha! So...yeah. Don't know what my role is, or what I'll be like doing or whatever...I just know I'm in. Great. Kinda a weird little situation I've got right now! BUT...go PFA! Good luck to everyone that DOESN'T know if they made it in or not!

I applied for about 7 different roles, but I narrowed my top 3 to attractions, hospitality, and vacation planner. I was really hoping for attractions but my interviewer didn't ask me any questions about it. However, I would be happy with anything as long as I make it to Disney.

I called in about a week and a half ago and was told I had been accepted (yay!) but they were unsure why I hadn't received my folder yet... That said, I'm still waiting... I thought this group would be a good fit for me! Hopefully we will all receive our folders soon!

Are you a hospitality major??
Hospitality was my absolute first choice...my interviewer said it was pretty tough to get it when you weren't a hospitality major... boo!!!

i just got a pending letter today in the mail (kinda bummed but at least its not a rejection letter) its been 11 days since my interview and it says that ill know by april 17...i know its prolly been answered somewhere but has any one gotten this letter been accepted/rejected and how long does it usually take...hopefully not three weeks
