petition to bring back jack sparrow!

for those who havent read it, i am forming a petition to bring back captain jack sparrow! for info on how this conspired, you can go to the link at the bottom. if you would like to petition with me, PM me your name, dont have to write the full last name, an initial is fine if you dont wanna disclose too much info, you city and state, or just a state if, again, you dont wanna disclose too much, and your number of visits to DL, OR you can just put your screen name for disbords and your number of visits, as i will have it sectioned off so i will have your screen name under disbords section. lets show them our loyal customers and voice our opinions! i love captain jack, ALLL my nephews love him, we want him back! i think he is one of the most diverse and neatest characters there. help us out!

I thought I read in one of Al's updates they will be bringing him back next year to start hyping up the 4th Pirate movie they have in the pipeline.

Torgo is correct, as usual, the word is that Jack will come back, albeit maybe not for long. Remember, it seems that it was adult women who made him leave in the first place (too many suggestive remarks, flirting, etc., that the suits felt were not family friendly occurances).

I see that too, it is better for Disney to wait till closer to the next film. They get to do a bigger promotion this way.

I'll probably be hissed soundly for this, but the Jack Sparrow as portrayed by the CM's at DL just didn't do anything for me (ducking!). I think they were trying to go for the same look as the Jack Sparrow as portrayed (incomparibly) by Johnny Depp, but they were not getting the same charismatic portrayal...instead he looked a bit like a teeny-bopperish caricature with too much make-up. Now, Johnny Depp's version? Be still my beating heart!!!

Jack Sparrow isn't on the island anymore? When did that happen? My grand-daughter will be so disappointed. We didn't get a chance to go over to the island on our last trip and was looking forward to it this time.

I hope the 4th movie is better from the third. I am still shaking my head over that one.
