If you are looking on the "official" WDW site, don't worry about it.
That site is notoriously incomplete and inaccurate regarding details.

Also Pete doesnt meet at the silly side show. it's goofy donald daisy and minnie in side show settings and costumes. I dont believe Pete meets anywhere regularly (perhaps a hard ticket event like parties but I'm not sure about that).

Thank you! Ok good to know. Pete gets no love! I've been trying to find a shirt or something. My husband I are like who likes Pete! Our kid, that's who!! One of his Mickey puzzles has a Pete piece and he carries it everywhere.

You might be able to make him a Pete tshirt at the Downtown Disney tshirt making shop (if it is even there anymore).

There is (or was in April 2015) a t-shirt of "Pete's Silly Sideshow" in the big top/gift shop nearby.
