This is just so disheartening. I want to believe it's all ahuge mix up, but I think it's safe to assume if the investigation took a year and a half, they've probably got some solid evidence against him. I guess time will tell.

The Who is (or was???) one of my all time favorite bands. I don't know what to think. I'm nauseated to think someone I've admired so much could be guilty of something so heinous.

I've no doubt that Townsend was abused.

Problem I have is, many abused children become abusers themselves. and he previousl acknowlegded that he is "into" adult porn.

Well, a Psychiatrist I am not...but you'd think that if you were abused as a child, that you would have a deep seated hatred against any form of child abuse, pornography included.

I'm going with the guilty until proven innocent in Pete's case.
