Pete or Walter, Tell me about DLH Concierge

We just got confirmation that we will get to stay Concierge when we head to DL this week. Pete said in one of the more recent shows, can't recall now if it was the DL show or another one, that the DLH Concierge was very good. We have stayed Concierge at GCH but not here. Anything great we should be watching for?
