Bob and wildeoscar have met and talked.

WO (because it's shorter) has been within 50 feet of Pete but no contact.

Well, maybe 50 ft away, but 1000 people filling that space in the dark. As I come to find out, I walked past Corey and Julie... I could have been walking past my Mom and it would have been hard to tell.

And WO reminds me of Joey Lawrence and that silly Blossom show.

I was there and I didn't see Bawb or Pete. I think everyone from Orlando was in the park. I made the circuit of the park several times.

I did get asked to do a survey about my experience in the park.

I've been in parks when it is crowded, but this was "carnival ape crazy" with beer.

From what Bob tells us (via two-way radio - are we geeks or what?) the only person he knows of hunting Pete is WildOscar - there may be others but we are not aware of them.

Apparently WO drove down from Ohio and didn't even have a room booked for tonight.

I had called around before I left, and nothing was available, and I mean nothing. Which had me double thinking going at all. My original plan was to leave on Friday morning about 8, but while I was up and getting ready I figured I have a lot to get done around the house, no hotels, eh. But about noon a buddey called to ask if I was doing anything or the same 'ole this weekend. That is when it I figured, it will be an adventure and the weather in Ohio sucks. I threw a change of clothes in a bag, packup up the laptop and drove.

WO the park was crazy crowded wasn't it? The fact that you found Bob is amazing.

Once it got dark it was hard to see anything. I walked through the stage area several times. When the drinking starts the people get crazy. Just trying to see a few people in front of you was impossible.

I hope people realize what you had to do to even find Bob.

The only hint Bawb gave me was that Pete is in the park.

Yeah, he called out to the Raddison near Celibration, that is not where I ended up staying, I got lucky and found a room closer to town. I figured as I was heading out, ya won a cruise, let's PRESS YOUR LUCK. Big bucks, no whammies, stop, a room near the highway at the first place I pulled in to ask.

I walked around the stage area several times. I just wanted to see the chase in person. I hope Wildoscar finds Pete.

You need to relate how crowded it was... this was crowded like the "real" Mardi Gras is crowded.

I wonder if Oscar is wearing diapers like a good stalker?

There were places, where security would just not let you though the crowd... like I said in another post, I made it in one diection, to were I was 5 yards from the bathroom but there was a fence up, and they would not let anyone though to get to the bathroom. And this was a crowd drinking a lot of beer.

Well done WildOscar - didnt get to follow the antics from last night due to the time difference but I am glad you won.

Now if Pete could come to Scotland with another cruise give away I could hint him down too

He drove from Ohio?! I thought he lived there?! Gee he could of picked me up on the way, I can get some camo and night goggles I do live in the country!

What can I say, the weather in ohio sucked, and I really didn;t have anything going on, an iPod loaded with back DIS shows, and a bunch of other pod casts I listen to, the drive was not that bad. The traffic coming north looked nuts over and over, so after getting though most of the posts I am gonna get ready and get moving north, to crappy weather.

Did anyone mention what a great day it was yesterday, Picture perfect clouds, a nice breeze, low 80's. Evertime Pete annouces the weather it burns me like a three ft flame when I am sitting in a ft of snow.

I've stopped watching the NCAA for this... IT'S MORE DRAMATIC!!!

I did get you a pic of Pete, but never figured I'd need a USB cable on the trip, so might have to wait till I get back to up load... oh wait I have a card reader in this laptop...
