If not you better get crackin'. On March 20th the cost of some DVC direct points will be increasing $30-$40 per point. Ouch

I should mention, my guess is this increase is just getting us ready for the incredibly high price point that the new Grand Floridian DVC points will be selling at.

The dvc members site has a banner telling members to add on before the price increase.

Wow! So glad that we bought many years ago, I would have never dreamed they would go up to what the price is now. And add another $30 to that is crazy!

We were torn about adding on points direct or resale, but this will make up my mind for sure. We may have to wait a bit longer to get what we want, but I'll be going resale for sure.

I was planning on doing some GFV purchases, but I may wait for the resale. Ugh.

I was hoping to add 100 points at GFV, but I'm not paying what I suspect will end up being 175/point. I'll buy something for under a 100/point resale & get really vigilant about 7 month windows & less picky about resorts/views.
