Pet Rooms at HRH?

Are the rooms where they allow pets in one specific part of the hotel? My daughter has allergies and I was wandering what type of request to make when booking our room. We were looking for a pool view room. Any info would be great.

Pets are usually on the 1st and 5th floors.
Just ask for a non pet floor when you check in, like the 6th.
