I'm assuming you are a vet

I'm actually a vet tech, but everything else you said is 100% true (I probably made it sound like it was my practice, but that's just how good my doctor is!) It is emotionally exhausting facing the realities of the business side of the profession, but the rewards are unlike anything else. In a perfect world this wouldn't be an issue. Things as they are, I'd rather the pet be treated, even if WE don't get the sale. I'm just concerned that some internet companies don't share this sentiment. Please, just be very careful with products ordered online.
