Pet Insurance - anyone use Pets Best?

Insurance for my 2 dogs is going up again this year. We are retired and looking to keep costs down. Pets Best has a better rate. Just looking to see if anyone has used them and if you are happy with the service. TIA

Hi! I do! I haven't had to use it (thankfully) but my sister has many times and had great customer service and no issues. I do the plan that doesn't cover well visits, just emergency/sick visits.
