Pet Friendly offsite house rental?

We will be coming down around xmas and we want to stay at a home with a private pool in the Disney Area that is pet friendly. Any recommended companies or owners you have worked with with 4 bedroom home. I have heard some horror stories of not getting house that is advertised or when you are at home you can't contact owner if there is a problem.

We used "Sleep Near the Mouse" last year (www-dot-sleepnearthemouse-dot-com). Wonderful experience! Our 2 dogs were with us and we rented a 3 bedroom, but they have bigger homes as well. Some of their homes are pet friendly and some are not. All the homes have pools, I believe. Owners live in the area, so are readily available if you need anything.

Thank you. I did call and she is away so is unable to let me know if they have anything. the site looks great. I am surprised it did not come up when I googled vacation homes. However, she can't get back to me till end of the week. I told her a person on the board recommended me and was happy about that and wanted to know who it was.
Hopefully other people have had good experiences or have had bad experiences to stay away from.
I wish Disney would open more pet friendly places. The campground is where we used to stay but its so hard to get into around xmas and I can't see keeping my dog in a kennel.

I have heard they have most have their homes in Rolling Hills and Davenport. Can anyone let me know how far Rolling Hills is from Disney. Tried to mapquest but wasn't sure if I was looking in the right spot. I am familiar with the Davenport area.
