Pet Exchange ~ Sent & Received!

Well a package arrived here 25 mins ago for Prince (7.30am).........but he is at Grandmas & doesn't get to see what he got until he gets home again.


However this is some sad news to report on it. His doggie treats have been confiscated by Australian Customs

He did however get a Bandana that says Prince & he got a new tug toy (rope toy)........we had to throw his old one out as it was very well used & very smelly Thanks so much Max from Florida.

If I want the doggie treats to be returned to sender it is going to cost me $42.50............STINKS!!!!

We are far from impressed with Australian Customs.


I'll have to keep you posted on what happens about the doggie treats.......I'm going to see if I can get them quarantined (tho I doubt they need it)............I reckon they have been taken out & given to the customs officers dog.

Once before we had some Astronauts Ice Cream sent to us & that was confiscated & it was totally harmless.

Anyway, thanks so much Max for what you sent Prince, he will love his new toy when he comes home from holidays & the bandana is sooooo cute......never seen anything like it before.

I will post a pic of him with it on when we come home.

Alex received his package from Pumpkin!! He LOVES everything...he helped open his package which he always likes to do There are bite marks all over the box!! We also doubles as a toy!!

Fruit Bites Jungle Sticks (I can't tell ya how much he adores FRUIT!)

Millet Spray
Healthy Toppings (Apple Bits)
FRUIT flavored Wooden Chew Toys
and a INCREDIBLY WONDERFUL HANGING TOY that I can't describe how much he loves!!!! He has been hanging, chewing and spinning on it ever since we opened it.alas...he has now found the bell, he saw it and we had to hang it on his tree!!! He screamed at us until we did

There was a package waiting for Scooby today when we got home. And what a package it was.

A stuffed stretch monkey(both dogs like to tug on this.
4 Tennis balls. FUN
Frisbee - lovs it when I toss these off the deck so he can chase them.
A braided rope. (Must floss daily)
Rubber Hot dog
Scooby peanut butter Snauages snacks LOL perfect
Pigs in a blanket snacks
Canine Carry out snacks.
And best of all a Rubber sqeaky dinosaur, this he will not put down. Just loves this.

Mom says thanks too these was a great package.

I hope they do not take the special treat I included like Austraila Customs did.

They are usually pretty good about things like that. I get bird food and treats shipped here often and have never had a problem yet.

I checked the tracking on my parcel sent to Texas and it still hasn't been delivered. Tomorrow I will be checking with the post office to see what's going on.

Max's friends Mommy told us they would be mailing out the package last fri, so we should be getting it sometime this week.

I'm so sorry all of Prince's goodies was taken, yes it does STINK. I told the PO what was in the package at they didn't say I couldn't send it and that it would be a problem. The bandana is from the University of Miami a colledge from down here is S. Fl they won the National Champ. in 2001 and my oldest DS is crazy about them. Speaking of the astranaunt ice cream I had even sent doggie ice cream for Prince. What a shame, I hope they let you have it all at some point. Please keep me posted.

Petey wants Max to know that he and Mommy went to the post office this morning. He hopes the latest hurricane doesn't delay the package too much. He also says it's all Mommy's fault that we didn't go on Friday as promised and that Mommy thanks you for your understanding and patience.

We haven't received ours yet but we completely understand that sometimes life happens. Life happened with ours too. We don't want anyone to feel bad if they aren't able to participate after all.
