Please share your favorite meals and where to eat...I do not eat meat, but do eat seafood, and am looking for suggestions, maybe pictures?!

I'm definitely a fish lover. Some of my fave dishes have been:

- whole fish at Kouzzina
- whole crispy fish at Narcoosee's
- all the fish dishes at Cali Grill (a crispy, pan roasted fish with fig, and a white mild fish with asparagus and lemon) stand out in my mind
- sustainable fish at Sanaa
- sustainable fish at The Wave
- trout with beans at Coral Reef

The amazing fish with asparagus and lemon at CG in June 2011:

Overall my favorite restaurant for seafood is Flying Fish, but I've had very good seafood dishes at Citricos, Kona, Blue Zoo, Fulton's, Brown Derby, and unexpectedly, at Crystal Palace. I'm sure there are more, but those are the ones that stand out.

ETA - The sea bass at Bistro de Paris is one of the best things I've ever eaten.

All of that food porn had me drooling all over my keyboard, so hang on a sec..... Ok I'm back. I wanted to mention one possibility for a CS. Don't forget good ol' Columbia Harbour House at MK.

Of course it's not in the same league as all the signatures, but you can still get a good lunch there.

I was like you for about six months before I turned vegetarian and now vegan of 6 months. It is a great way to convert by being a pescetarian.

So, so many options.

Some of my favorite dishes at Disney are (sorry no pictures)
Seared tofu from Sci Fi
Vegetarian entree from Sunshine
Spaghetti with marinara from Tony's
Veggie sandwich and chili from Columbia

Since you do eat fish, many Japanese restaurants in Epcot would be acceptable without having to request preparation with no fish oil, etc. That always worries me so unfortunately I tend to avoid these restaurants. I hate to be a pain by special requesting. :) :hippie:

Love the pics!!!

I was a vegetarian for a while, too...but I really struggled because I do not like beans, tofu, tomatoes, mushrooms...I feel like when I go out, almost every vegetarian option is limited for me because of this! But I do try to eat vegetarian/vegan as much as I can! So far I feel like I always get stuck with pasta!

I had a great grouper dish at Morocco a few years ago....I am a carnivore but I love my seafood..
We took the family to Crystal Palace and the salmon there was delicious...they do have peel and eat shrimp and the other dishes can be enough without going into the meat area...
Our son in law is a vegetarian and he did fine at some of the buffets....Just my two cents...
have a great time

I'm the same way as you. I eat mostly vegan at home, but when I go out I got so sick of eating pasta, salads, and fried appetizers, (I've never been able to do the vegan thing out,) and I don't like making a big deal out of ordering food, and annoying the people I'm eating with, (which depending on who I'm eating with, does annoy them,) but fish has never bothered me the way beef and poultry has, or even dairy I have more problems with then eating fish, so I went back to eating seafood.

And I have more pictures to post, but my internet decided to go down on me last night as soon as I had posted those, but I'll add more when I get a chance.

I love Flying Fish and The Wave. The Sustainable Fish was mentioned earlier and I 2nd it!

Flying Fish has lots of great fish dishes - salmon, tuna, snapper, special fish of the day. The halibut & salmon are good at Cali Grill. The salmon at Artist Point is good too. Citricos has great fish dishes. I just had some fish dish (the special of the day) at Kona cafe & it was very good.

Special at Jiko from our trip in December. I'm 99% sure it was Wreckfish, but that surprises me now because I've since learned that Wreckfish is highly rare and limited to only 7 boats per year that can go catch them, so if it truly was Wreckfish at Jiko then I count myself very lucky to have been able to try it since it is so uncommon. (It was good, very mild white fish, similar to sea bass.)

La Hacienda de San Angel Tilapia - I found it to be a little on the bland side. Ok, but didn't love it.

Mahi Mahi de la Veracruzana from San Angel Inn (from 2008, new version might look different). Maybe a little too much tomato flavor, but nice overall.

I think Jiko did have wreckfish on their menu last year. I didn't try it, but that sounds so familar. Now I wish I had since it's so rare.

I've only recently discovered how much I really enjoy fish so I don't have anything useful to offer, but this thread makes me want to lick my screen, everything looks so good!!!

We just got home from Disney this evening. From this trip, I can recommend a couple of pescatarian dishes.
Flying Fish: Cobia with Maryland crab stuffed squash blossoms - oh my! This scrumptious entree was served over heirloom tomatoes, artichokes, eggplant, and wilted greens. It was preceded by the mussels, which are always good!
Artist point: DH and I had the halibut with morel mushrooms, asparagus, and peas, with a side of roasted heirloom carrots - divine! One son had the Thai hot pot, which was really delicious. It had blue prawns, crab, mussels, and pork. The pork could have easily been held off the dish. I could have gladly eaten just the jasmine rice with curry broth from the hot pot and been happy!

ETA: I forgot all about DH's Diver Scallops at FF, which were served over risotto - Delicious! And the calamari ordered by younger son as an app was excellent. I don't normally care for calamari.
