Personnel Changes at Dreams Unlimited Travel

Hi Everyone

While it is not typical for Dreams Unlimited Travel to comment on personnel changes within our organization, we realize that the most recent changes have caused some concern with some of our clients. I would like to take this opportunity to try to offer some explanation and in doing so also let you know that Dreams Unlimited Travel is still in business and doing exceptionally well.

Approximately 2 months ago Cathy and Michelle left our organization. I cannot comment on the reasons for them doing so but I can say that we wish them well in whatever they pursue and thank them for their service.

While anyone's departure from our organization is felt by all of us, their departure has had no ill-effect on our overall business. We continue to enjoy increased growth and opportunity, as well as a wonderful working relationship with Disney. We have brought on some new people as well as promoted from within to ensure our clients are handled by the best people possible.

As far as their no longer being associated with these boards, I don't feel it is my place to comment on that at this time. Pete has addressed this issue on the community board and you are welcome to see what he posted there.

As always Dreams Unlimited strives to be responsive to all of our clients needs and everyone within the organization is still working as hard as ever to provide magical vacations to our clients at the best price we are able to find.

We also hope that most people will understand that we are not perfect and mistakes do occur. We as an organization understand that it's in how we handle these mistakes or issues that our clients will judge us. All we ask is for the opportunity to correct any issues that may arise that are within our power to do so.

If you have any specific questions or concerns about your reservation, or a future reservation you are planning to book through Dreams Unlimited Travel, I will be happy to help you personally. As always I am available at john@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com - I know I say this in all my posts but please write to me if you have a problem. More often than not I respond to a thread and no one emails me about the problem - we can only help you if you make us aware of what is going on.

Again, I am sorry if this change in our organization is causing some concern amongst our clients.

I am very well pleased with your services. I have been dealing with Liz who is doing an exceptional job for me. She e-mails a.s.a.p. and even responded to me while she was on vacation. I am sure you are doing your absolute best for all clients. While employees change in all organizations I am confident D.U. will continue to do their best for everyone.
