Personalized Menus at Coral Reef

To whom ever has done this, have you worked with a Reinald at the Coral Reef? Also when you sent the pictures did you e-mail them and did you have to check or remind them when you checked in at the Coral Reef or were the menus jsut there at your table?

We are having this done for our dinner - we worked with Debbie, I emailed her the pictures and then contacted her via email last week to confirm everything for this Sat night.

and never checked again. When we arrived at check in, never had to say a thing. They had it in the computer and went to grab the menu and sat us down and handed the special menu to my DD. Hope that helps!

I emailed but never followed up. I told the host when we checked in and it took a second, but he found it. All was handled discreetly

Debbie said as long as the photos arrived with in 48 hrs...no problem!

Okay what all can you do in the menus? Does anyone have a picture of the menu. This is one of are favorite resturant and would love to do this on our next trip. More details please.

I have contacted Debbi (what a wonderful woman) and have sent my pictures to her email account, but haven't received a reply as she indicated would happen. I just wondered how long she normally takes to reply and to double check that I have the correct email address. Also, she indicated that sometimes emails get dumped into her junk email due to picture size. Can anyone tell me how big their picture files were that were accepted without a problem? Please email or private message me so I can check her email address.
