Personalized Maps

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but do you know where you can order the personalized maps on the Disney website.

A friend of mine told me about this, but when I chatted with a rep online they said these are not available any more. Is this true? I only question it because the rep didn't seem to have many answers to my questions.
