Personalized iPhone 14 Pro Max case

I just purchased a personalized case for my iPhone 14 Pro Max at Big Top Souvenirs and unfortunately, it does not fit. The opening for the cameras is not big enough. That, or I just don't know how to put it on properly on the phone.
