Personal Van Rental Excursion

Question!!!!

So my aunt booked a 7 passenger ADA accessible Van for Cozumel, we are now thinking its just too costly for 3 of us, her paperwork shows that the Van is non-cancelable but DCL's website shows that the excursion (van rental) must be cancelled 3 days prior! HELP ! ! ! ! !

Did she actually book through DCL? Or did she get the info from DCL and book on her own? If she booked on her own, she'd be under the rules of the agency. If she booked through DCL she should be able to cancel it on the DCL site as long as you're at least three days out.

got a call from a dcl supervisor, it has been cancelled free of charge, phew
