Original Post: I know about wdw mail order merchandising, but they cannot get the item I need (a pin). I remember reading about an individual who will shop for you, for a fee, of course. Does anyone have any information about this? A website or phone #?

Have you tried calling the individual stores in the park that carry the pin? In my expereince, they'll ship anything they sell.

Try Ebay. There are lots of Disney pins for sale there. I'm going in a few weeks and I'd be willing to look around for you as well.
