Personal misters and cooling bandanas.....

In case anyone is interested QVC.com has a great deal on 2 personal misters and 4 cooling bandanas. The great thing about the misters is they are not battery operated, rather by pumping action and they are really tiny. No fan blades to get caught in the little ones hair either.
I bought the set for 19.93. We are going to Disney next week and we have been reading how these items really help beat the heat, so I hope this helps!

Not sure of QVC but they are called Misty Mates.

We have the small personal one pumps from the bottom and a Hippack size one that has a hose and a T handle pump.

They get you wet a bit but they do cool you down.We have been using the Cool wraps (neck bandanas') for a few years now.

Used them at 100 degrees at 6Flags and they did help.Get a free cup of ice water from a CS and just refill it when it starts to get low.

I also ordered the cooldownz neckwraps from QVC. You can type in cooldownz neckwraps on QVC website and you can order them. We're all ready for the August heat.

I looked up the QVC number if you're still interested in the neckwraps. It is F8091 set of Cool Downz Water Activated Cooing neckwraps. I got a set of 6 and it wa s 22.65. Also, you can try www.craftywench.com website. I ordered one from her in the Mickey Mouse pattern for my DGD. Hope this helps.

I ordered the 2 misty mates and cooling neck wraps that come in a set after reading about them on this board and when they came yesterday I called and ordered another set. Now I had already made my own neck wraps and really just wanted 2 more of the small misty mates because I was so impressed with them. Since there are 3 of us we can each have our own and still have one to spare "just in case" something happens. They are the perfect size, don't use batteries, easily refilled and won't be heavy to carry! So if anyone was thinking about it, IMO I say "YES"! I sure could have used them at our local 4-H fair last weekend too! Thanks to the OP for giving me a heads up!
