Permanent Sticky for Websites?

I realize that we are trying to stay away from the "enabling posts" However, I have gotten such great stuff via several links posted by "those girls" you know, Maggie, Patty, Deb, Cyndi etc.

I thought it would be cool to compile a list and make it a permanent?
Searching all the time for posts is time consuming.
Especially when I've got an $5.00 to spend
