Perla/Suzy of Cinderella Bronze Figurine?

I have a bronze figurine of one of the mice from Cinderella. Perla or Suzy?
8 1/2" tall. Exactly 3 pounds. She is sitting on a wooden spool. Bronze oval plaque says," WEDDING COACH 200th Wedding". Brass tag on the bottom has "12/15" (limited edition of 15?).
Anyone have an idea if this was a cast member anniversary award? Internet searches have yielded no answers.
