PERKY CMs!

So far I've had very nice CMs this past week while making PSs and reservations. But, boy did I get a perky one today.
How many of you have had Rolanda? That gal must have had about ten cups of coffee this morning. Now, I am ready to go to WDW.

Actually I have had great ones today also.......Kimball was fantastic! Compared to what I have encountered the past 2 days while trying to get a code applied to my reservation (which I still have not been able to get by the way) But I was pleasantly surprised this morning, it didn't hurt quite as bad still being turned down

They said there was nothing available at the WL for my dates........I already have rack rates booked but they said that since there was nothing available they couldn't appy it.........I have been on the phones almost non stop for 3 days.............mostly on hold....yo ho yo ho a pirates life for me seems to be the song I hear the most! I almost believe that is Disney's theme song....pirates get it!

Chyam - I had the same exact experience. On hold forever - loved the Disney music though - and then got a sweet CM, but no go on the WL for me either! I took a room at POR, but I had my heart set on the WL...

Have you tried 1-888-870-9173??? It's for their spanish desk. The CMs are bilingual and they will help you even if you don't speak spanish. I used it yesterday morning and had a 30 sec wait while several people were posting wait times over 1 hour. As soon as you hear them pick up wait 2 seconds and press 1 and then wait 15-20 seconds and press your zip code followed by your phone number. Then it will ask you 2 questions, just press 1, wait about 8 seconds and press 1 again. When the CM answered I felt like the Blind Squirrel that found the nut!!!
