PerkTV

I am a former Viggle user who thought when they merged that I would give it up and just use Perk, but Viggle has been having one or two shows a day with extra points (the 5X ones give 120 Perk pts per hour). So far it has been possible to check into the 5X show (usually a morning news show) repeatedly to get those points all day. As usual, it works better on some types of devices than others, but has been working for the most part on my iOS devices.

I finally converted (one of) my Viggle account(s) to Perk. Was disappointed in how low the conversion rate was, but considering how companies like these go belly-up with no buyers at all, I guess something's better than nothing.

Anyway, I think I'm going to give your technique a try. 120 pts/hr is a better average than anything else I do unattended.

When I'm running the pop quiz app, it gets frozen on an ad pretty frequently, is that normal? I read that this should be one of the more passive apps.

Perk often runs static ads that will pause all play until you X out of the screen. When there are a number of those, the apps that they play on do not run passively.

Well that certainly was like going down the rabbit hole! Trying to figure out how to enter a code.

1. Install Perk Browser App
2. Open Perk Browser App
3. type in www.perk. com/code
4. then code

NOW WHERE DO THESE CODES APPEAR so you know about them?

I have to say, I'm liking this so far. It would be nice if it would go back to running smoothly instead of locking up on ads all the time, but I'm liking it. I just started in April and have already cashed out for $35 in Target cards.

@Marionette "I run Perk on other devices but I have one Android device that I use to run the SB apps as well. I tend to check Perk first to see if it is awarding points on Screen or Live! If either of those apps is awarding points, I'll run those in the morning and do SB when the ads run out on Perk. If Perk ads are dry from the beginning, then I'll start my morning with SB apps."

There seems to be a lot more to Perk than what I have figured out so far. What do you mean by "check to see if it is awarding point on Screen or Live!"? I've basically been running Pop Quiz, but that has not been working well lately. Are there other apps I should check out?

Sign into Perk .com and look under Our Apps. TV and Live! are relatively passive earners, as are PPQ and Word Search.

Screen, Scratch, Prize Mob, Jetpack Journey, and Wallet require interaction. There is also a Perk .tv website that runs like the Perk TV! app. You can also complete offers, do searches and make purchases through their shopping portal for points.

I am having technical difficulties with the Perktv app one of my iPhones today. First of all, it takes an abnormally long time to load. Then when I select a movie trailer to start, it plays an ad and then the app just closes itself and I am back on my home screen. I have cleared history, cookies etc, as well as deleted and reinstalled the app. Fortunately it is only this one phone that has the problem; my other devices are running smoothly. I did notice that it had an update over night. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

I'm having the exact same issue, but mine is on two devices! :(

Glad to know it was not just me...my 3rd device (an iphone4) was working great until yesterday...sigh

I'm having some Iphone 4 issues as well. I was running swagbuck apps on it but when I switched to Perktv it won't work, nor in Pop Quiz or Word Search. Pop Quiz is running fine on the Iphone5, and the Viggle 5X bonus show is running on an Ipad.

I follow a website for Swagbucks codes that also kindly posts other codes as well. Someone often will post them here.

Meant to quote you in my previous post. See above.
