Perishables

This will be our first time switching Vacation Club Resorts if the rest of our waitlist doesn"t come through.The CM I just got off the phone with said they will hold our luggage but not our perishables?

This would be a switch between SSR to Kidani and we will have a car. So we will be tranferring everything ourselves. I have had bell services hold our candy and such in cold storage at checkout so I'm not sure if this was correct.

Can anyone give me the correct answer? i would really appreciate it

Bell Services will hold your perishables in the fridge if your room is not ready when you arrive.

I have never needed to do that, but it does make some sense that they wouldn't TRANSFER your perishables though from one resort to another. Too much risk -- it can be hours until you get your luggage - like all day, and if they are delivering luggage to multiple resorts, I don't know how they would guarantee keeping things cold.

So perhaps that's what she meant.

Thanks!! I absolutely said I had a car and would be transferring myself and would they store my perishables at the new resort. We even had a conversation about it.

I fully expected the answer from him to be yes, I was just double checking like I always do.

not only will they hold your perishables they will transfer them as well if you wanted. It's not a problem.

I've done it before and did it just last week in fact.
