What holidays or occasions do they have perimeter fireworks at the MK? We have seen them at MVMCP and they were great!

We saw them at the MNSSHP this year.

A CM mentioned the other times this was done - unfortunately I can't remember for certain (aside from Christmas)-- but I want to say something like New Years and 4th of July.... but I'm sure someone out there knows for sure!

We really enjoyed seeing the fireworks surround the MK -- it definitely makes you feel like the center of all the magic!

We saw them on the 4th!

does anyone know if the special perimeter fireworks are only done at the special parties (MNNSHP, MVMCP) + July 4th only?

specifically i'm wondering about the end of December. MVMCPs only run until the middle of December.
so what happens in between Dec 15th and Xmas?
do they have normal fireworks or special perimeter fireworks?

From the rumors I have heard, these will be included in the regular show starting this fall. They are changing the entire show from what I have heard.

That would be cool!

This Dec was the first time I had seen the perimeter fireworks at the MVMCP. The price of the ticket was worth the fireworks alone. I came away so impressed with the perimeter fireworks show. Before seeing it I could really take fireworks or leave them but this really changed my view.

yes, that would be really cool! i think i read something about this as well, but forgot about it. something about a "Magical Reunions" theme?

anyway, just one more question.
after the last MVMCP party is over, (around 12/18 or so, right?) they do nightly fireworks at MK all the way up to Xmas Day, don't they?

are these just regular fireworks?
or (wishful thinking) are they perimeter fireworks?

What are "perimeter" fireworks and how are they different from regular fireworks at WDW?
