The UPS guy just dropped it off! Came right over to my scrapping area and matted a picture not one matte, not 2 but 3 times some were very thin matts others were thicker! Very easy to use. The little lip thing is hard to get use to but I like it! Very good purchase...Oh Patty! You need one! LOL!

aaugh I just cancelled all my pending orders with QVC - and there were a few of them -
BAD customer service got on my nerves - I just wanted my brads - long story.
