Cooking Perch recipes.

Hi. I just took out some frozzen perch for our supper tomorrow night.We love it battered and fried, but Dh and I just started to watch our weight .We both would love to be thinner for Disney in March and DD's wedding in Aug.
I need a easy, non greasy recipe please.

We don't make perch, but this is probably too late anyway. How about just spraying the pan with oil & sprinkling it with a little lemon juice & cajun seasoning? We do that with catfish, tilapia...basically any fish except the really expensive things like cod.
