Peppermint Bark Ice Cream

To be fair, I haven't liked Edy's ice cream in a long time. At some point, they got really fake tasting. If you like Edy's then you might not be as thrilled as I was with Blue Bell.

I'd have to agree. We used to love Edy's but it's been a while since I've bought it because we've been disappointed in the past. Never so with Blue Bell. We've also tried the Pumpkin Pie and the Christmas Cookie. The family were huge fans. As I said before, I'm not huge on ice cream and none of those were irresistible to me, but the peppermint bark one was super irresistible!

Haven't read anything but the title, but it sounds like the work of the devil. It has done the impossible however -- made me grateful it's 10 degrees w/ windchill below zero so there's no way I'd even be tempted.

We missed out on any style of peppermint ice cream last year as it tends to sell out prior to Christmas.

I like where you're going with this. What would be the acceptable amount that I could put in my coffee? Two or three cups? Seriously this stuff is dangerously naughty and it must be stopped.

I use to work for Breyers and thought I really didn't like ice cream until I tried Blue Bell. My dh made friends with the Blue Bell salesman so he always gets lots of coupons and updates on what stores have what flavors. He is such a good customer one store holds back his favorite flavors in the back cooler for him!
