Does anyone know if this place requires a PS or is it just walk up.

No reservations. Just walk up, it's more or less a food court, although I think there is someone there to seat you at a table. ( At least there has been in the past. )

The server also gets your drinks, and clears your plates - so it's partial service. You get a card, and there are a number of stations. You walk up to each station and order what you want. they will stamp your card based on what you get. They give you the food and you bring it to the table.

At the end of the meal, you bring your card to the cashier.

I think a 10% tip is reqested, or maybe it's added tothe bill.

They also do carry out - or at least they did the last time I was there.

It's quiet a bit better than the other WDW food courts, IMO. It's real food, not the premade stuff they have at other places.

Like at most of the other resort food courts, the grilled chicken on a Caesar salad won't be freshly grilled. It will be prepackaged, premeasured, microwaved chicken. At PM, if you get the fajitas, the chicken is grilled to order. The wok choices are in a wok. Some of the breakfast choices might be grilled ahead of your order, like bacon, but you can see the grill where they make it.
