Pepper Market - rice bowls

I'm looking at the official menu for Pepper Market at Coronado Springs and see Mexican rice bowls. It says they come with choice of toppings.

Does anyone know what the topping choices are?

Does anything else come in the dish beside the meat and rice before the toppings are added?

Is there a vegetarian rice bowl option also available?

If anybody has a picture of the rice bowls or can link to a picture, that would be very helpful also.

Tried to find pictures but couldn't find any of the bowl choices. Clearly eaten before pictures were able to be taken, so they must be good.
