We are going in October and have the QSDP. We are staying at CSR and wanted to know if anyone has used the QSDP at the Pepper Market.

Did you order the meals that they offer or did you get items ala carte and how were your credits handled?

If anyone has been recently and used the QSDP there, I would appreciate any information you have on this.

Thank you

Hi!

We just ate there this morning for breakfast! You get an entree, dessert, and drink. You can choose any entree from any of the stations.

I had the Southwestern Omelette (which was horrible, by the way. Very tiny.) and DH had the Breakfast Burrito. Both of them came with breakfast potatoes. Mine came with a blueberry muffin too.

At breakfast, instead of dessert, they let you choose 2 drinks. We both had juice and coffee.

We loved Pepper Market, and it's a great value if you are on the DDP. When you walk in, they give you a card that is punched out at the various stations. For every one meal you plan to use, you get one entree (everything there is included, yes the steak and seafood too), one dessert, and one drink. You don't have to order all at once (i.e. you can come back later for dessert). You have a "server" who brings drinks and clears plates- 10% is adequate. The cashier is very good about cashing everything out. Just tell him.her how many credits you plan to use.

For breakfast, I usually get bacon from one station and then either french toast or bisquits or something from another station. I am kind of a picky eater and so usually do not get some of the entrees that they have as I don't like eggs. Has anybody done this and been charged just as an entree and not separate items?

I just want to make sure that I can do something like this when we go to Pepper Market.

We stayed at CSR in 2002 and really did enjoy the Pepper Market.

Thank you for your help so far.

I've never eaten breakfast there, but have done lunch several times. It's the only CS I know of where you can get a smoothie for your beverage. The last couple of times we were there they had a desert option that included a brownie, a churro, and a chocolate chip cookie for one dessert option. The CM standing by the dessert area said it was the best deal they had for dessert. I undestand now that those top tier cakes and things are included in the DDP. They weren't the last time we ate there. We usually get a smoothie, the grilled steak with veggies and potato (or a taco salad), and the brownie/churro/cookie option for dessert.
