Pepper Market on the DDP

I understand that Pepper Market at CSR has a different setup than any other food court at WDW. I know that you pay before leaving, not when you immediately get your food and that there is a 10% gratuity involved. This may be a moot question if the rumored changes to the DDP take place, but I'm still going to ask it. How does that 10% gratuity work if you are on the DDP? Is that something you have to pay out of pocket or is it covered by your CS credit?

The 10% gratutity at PM is included in the DDP. We don't know if that will continue in 2008.

Yes the 10% is included with your credit. DDP there is an excellent value. We have done it many times, the meals are large enough to share too.
