Pepper Market for Breakfast?

Anybody know what this is like? I will need to make use of it...anyone know the hours, links etc? I, of course, PLAN to go early (ha!) but who knows how that will turn out! Thanks, in advance, for your help!

We stayed at CS before our last cruise and did breakfast at Pepper Market - it is slightly different from other breakfasts in that you are given a card when you enter and it is stamped each time you make a selection in the Market (one stamp for a bagel, another stamp for an omelet, etc.). You then present the card when you're done and pay that way. Not much different from running a tab at a bar -

Food was good - selection was also very good, everything from omelets to order to fresh baked goods. We enjoyed it - would certainly go back!
